I have IC and is the only thing that cuts the pain. I normally take one a day but when i need it i know i can take more but i rarely do. I could not live without this!!

I was using UTA"S which I felt worked much better with spasm's & urinary infections than the generic brand.

I take for IC and works very well. I have taken as needed for some time without any side effects. There is a generic version if needed.

Resulted in less frequent nocturnal tips to the bathroom

I have dizziness and blurred vision while using this drug.

The onlyroblems I have encountered is a very dry mouth, but this just encourages me to drink more water, which is necessary for good health and management of my kidney disease. On a domestic note, the blue stains in the toilet bowl are difficult to remove. It requires vigilant cleaning and makes travel embarrassing.

Prescribed by my urologist, I take it as needed. Some days I take 4 per day, others I take none, depending on how my bladder feels that day. I find it to be especially helpful to ease the "burning" sensation. However, I have such frequent UTIs that the relief I get from this medicine sometimes masks the discomfort from a raging UTI.

my physician told me that I had sensory urgency..does anyone know if that is caused by diabetes..let me know..he also said there wasnt a cure for this...also is that the same as IC..thanks

It seems yo work when most things did not help to reduce extreme pain associated with urinating. However, I;ve only used a day's worth of it.

The medication has helped with some of my spasms, and turned my water blue, but i wonder how lone you can take this prescription? It is sad when your phyiscan has not follow up with you about any other treatment, since this is not drug that can cure what is wrong with you. this medicine has affected my moods quite a bit, making me very sensitive. This is not good when you have to be around other people.

Since the Urelle pill changed from a shiny purple to a flat navy, it doesn't work as well for me. I noticed the same comments from others, and, am going to speak to my urologist re the change in Urelle.

I have been using Urelle forten years. I have not have any side effects. I 1 pill every other day to prevent UTI. If I have symtems of a UTI, I take an extra pill. Usually the symtoms stop.

I had great results until the pill changed from a more purple shiny pill to this flat dry blue pill. I was told the pill is exactly the same, it just looks different, but it does not work the same for me. Anyone else have this problem?

After chemotherpy my bladder was eroding and pain from urinating was over the top, in two hours most of the pain was gone. Surviving from kidney cancer no one knows why the chemo attacted my bladder. The only down fall from this drug is the cost!

I am an Interstitial Cystitis patient. When I get bladder spasms I take this and it works well for me. No side effects other than blue urine. I am now about to go on Medicare and find that no one wants to insure this drug. Why? They cover Elmiron.

I have IC and have been using this medication for less than one month, along with bladder instillation(s). It really takes the edge off of the urgency, frequency, and pain. I'm so thankful for this med and hope that it continues to be effective.

Horrible pain while urinating. If I take 1 Urell a day the pain stays away. The blue stain is nothing compared to the pain I experience. Staying at home near the bathroom is no way to live. In this day and age, no one should be in pain.
