I was dx'd with pancreatitis because of severe abd. trauma, etc. and this med. has stopped ALL of my pain and I don't have the side effects mentioned for this drug. I'm able to eat just about anything I want now. It is a lot less expensive than two other pancreatic enzymes I took. So far, so good.
