Of all the eyedrops available for dry eye, this is the only one that really helps me. My eyes get so irritated that I can wake up in the middle of the night feeling that my eyes are "stuck" and too dry. Hypo-tears -- Instant relief and never any discomfort after use. A bit more expensive but worth every cent.

I have counted on HypoTears for keeping/making my eyes comfortable and clear for more years than I can remember--probably 25 years or longer. And now it has been discontinued. I have never had any problems with it, at all; no side effects--I didn't even know there were any to be had!

I keep mine in the fridge. I just use them occasionally;the fact that they are cold just makes the drop feel extra refreshing. Lately, they have been difficult to find here in DFW.
