I started taking Eleuthero as part of a daily regime when I was suffering from PTSD after my brother suffered a severe traumatic brain injury. My mind and body were constantly foggy and fatigued. I was forgetting names of people I knew well. Upon adding Eleuthero (Siberian Ginseng) into my repertoire, the fog began to lift and I felt like I had my body back! I am not suffering so horribly from the PTSD anymore, but I continue to take this supplement when I'm tired or fatigued and have to keep going.
