User Reviews for Sudafed 24 Hour oral

Used to treat a sinus infection brought on by seasonal allergies. Overall the product did help after 2 days, but it definitely interfered with my normal sleep pattern and gave me a headache. I also found it interesting that I would start running a low grade fever 3-4 hours after taking both days. I'm thankful I can breath again, but now I am now left experiencing bloating with excessive gas and mucus in the stool.

Love Sudafed, was a little bit hesitant when it came to the 24hr. However it worked, it dried my running nose, if I have to say a little to much, would definitely recommend it.

Took it at 8pm first night, no relief, did not affect my sleep. Waited a couple of days and took it again at 9:30am, no relief.

Will say I have been having trouble sleeping. I trace that back to my temperature and not this medicine

Didn't help the stuffy nose much if at all, but I too became a zombie only getting 30 minutes of sleep all night! Took it in the eve and should have checked a bit more carefully...

After taking one dose of the Sudafed 24 it started to help me but it only lasted 8 hours. So I waited a full 24 hours before I took a second dose and it made me feel jittery and my heart was racing. Tried to eat and drink something but it didn’t help. I will never take another one again!

Has helped my ear infection and has helped me stay much more alert. However, I don't get very good sleep while on it. It seems to work on and off, so you can't tell when you're going to be sleepy or wide awake.

Is not as effective as the 4-6 hour dose. Seems to wear off within 8 hours and not helpful at all beyond that.

This stuff turned me into an absolute nose-dripping, night zombie. I think I slept three hours last night.

I had great difficulty urinating all day after taking this medication at breakfast time.

I suffered with plugged ears for months until I tried this product. I tried many other decongestants and none were able to relieve the pressure in my ears. It's nice to wake up and feel "normal" once again.
