Ondansetron and tramadol may block the effects of each other in the brain.

Let your healthcare professional know if your pain is not controlled with your tramadol or if you still have nausea/vomiting while taking it.Your healthcare professionals may already be aware of this interaction and may be monitoring you for it. Do not start, stop, or change the dosage of any medicine before checking with them first.
