Taking Habit Forming Drugs, Depression, Any Disorder of the Brain, Disease of the Retina of the Eye, A Blood Clot within the Blood Vessels of the Eye, Retinal Hemorrhage, Poor Vision, Optic Disk Edema, Sudden Blindness and Pain Upon Moving the Eye, Macular Edema, Heart Attack, HIV, Abnormal Heart Rhythm, Disease of the Heart and Blood Vessels, Stroke, Lung Disease, Any Disease of the Teeth, Inflammation of the Tissues Surrounding a Tooth, Ulcerated Colon, Insufficient Blood Supply to the Colon, Inflammation of the Large Intestine with Bleeding, Liver Inflammation caused by Body's Own Immune Response, Hardening of the Liver, Liver Failure, Acute Inflammation of the Pancreas, High Blood Sugar, Transplant of an Organ, Pregnancy, Severe Infection, Overactive Thyroid Gland, Underactive Thyroid, Diabetes, High Amount of Triglyceride in the Blood, Disease in which Body has Immune Response Against Itself, Moderate to Severe Kidney Impairment, Low Blood Counts due to Bone Marrow Failure, Severely Decreased Levels of Neutrophils in the Blood, Anemia, Severe Anemia, Severely Decreased Platelets, Behaving with Excessive Cheerfulness and Activity, Manic-Depression, Mental Disorder with Loss of Normal Personality & Reality, Having Thoughts of Suicide, Thoughts of Hurting or Killing Others
