How the interaction occurs:
Apple, grapefruit, and orange juice may prevent your body from absorbing your fexofenadine.
What might happen:
The amount of fexofenadine in your blood may decrease and it may not work as well.

Try to avoid taking your fexofenadine with apple, grapefruit, or orange juice.
