How the interaction occurs:
Cyclosporin may decrease your body's ability to process caspofungin.
What might happen:
The amount of caspofungin in your body may increase and cause problems with your liver.
What you should do about this interaction:
Make sure that your healthcare professionals (e.g. doctor or pharmacist) know that you are taking these medicines together. Your doctor may want to perform a blood test to see if there are any problems with your liver while you are taking these medicines together.Your healthcare professionals may already be aware of this interaction and may be monitoring you for it.
