Elizabeth Lee

Elizabeth Lee is a health writer who freelances for WebMD and other publications. Before freelancing, she worked as an editor and reporter for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and other newspapers. She was a finalist for two James Beard Foundation Awards for a series on school nutrition and an article on Carolina Gold rice, a heritage grain. She operates a web site, LizCooks.com, that focuses on nutrition, food safety, restaurant inspection scores and healthy family meals.
