E'Louise Ondash is a registered nurse and journalist who has written for newspapers, magazines, and Web sites for 16 years. She also spent 15 years working in clinical settings: cardiology, family medicine, family planning, gerontology, and office practice. She currently writes a consumer health column for a daily paper in Southern California.
Since 1989, Ondash has won 35 journalism awards for investigative reporting and for health, medicine, and lifestyle features.
