Epilepsy Treatment: Finding the Right Medication

Living With Epilepsy

Most people with epilepsy have a relatively happy ending to their own treatment stories. About 70% will go seizure-free for more than five years, with minimal side effects. Although 10% have difficult to control seizures despite medication, most of the rest will find some combination of epilepsy drugs that works for them.
