Eric Kossoff, MD

Eric Kossoff, MD, is an assistant professor of Neurology and Pediatrics and a member of The Johns Hopkins Epilepsy Center, as well as the Division of Pediatric Neurology. His clinical practice specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of childhood seizures and epilepsy, including the surgical treatment of epilepsy, as well as other disorders of child neurology. Kossoff's clinical and research interests include the ketogenic diet, infantile spasms, hemispherectomy, migraine headaches, neuro-infectious diseases (Lyme, Neurocysticercosis, encephalitis), pseudotumor cerebri, and Sturge-Weber syndrome. He is board certified by the American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry, with special certification in child neurology, as well as the American Board of Pediatrics.
