  • 1 tablespoon light Italian dressing
  • 1 cup cooked vegetables, (brocolli and cauliflower florets, green beans)
  • fresh jicama
  • tomato quarters


Step 1
Dress lightly cooked vegetables, fresh jicama and tomato quarters, etc. with some light Italian dressing.
