This is a fun and quick way to get your veggies as a snack or with your entrée.
- 1 tablespoon light Italian dressing
- 1 cup cooked vegetables, (brocolli and cauliflower florets, green beans)
- fresh jicama
- tomato quarters
- Step 1
- Dress lightly cooked vegetables, fresh jicama and tomato quarters, etc. with some light Italian dressing.
