Ingredients
  • 1 cup
    oatmeal
  • 1 cup
    water
  • 1 cup
    almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon
    butter or butter alternative
  • 1-2 tablespoons
    maple syrup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon
    vanilla
  • small apples, peeled and chopped
Instructions
  1. Prepare oatmeal as directed with water and almond milk mix. (I think the almond milk makes it extra creamy.)
  2. Add apples, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla to small saucepan.
  3. Cook over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Divide oatmeal in two bowls and top with apple mixture.
