    Banana Mousse

    Ingredients

    • 2 tablespoon lowfat milk
    • 4 teaspoons sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 medium banana, cut in quarters
    • 1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
    • 8 1/4 inch banana slices

    Instructions

    Step 1
    Place milk, sugar, vanilla, and banana in blender. Process for 15 seconds at high speed until smooth.
    Step 2
    Pour mixture into small bowl and fold in yogurt. Chill.
    Step 3
    Spoon into 4 dessert dishes and garnish each with 2 banana slices just before serving.
