Blueberry Blast Smoothie

1/2 cup
light vanilla ice cream

1/2 cup
frozen blueberries

3 ounces
raspberry or blueberry low-fat yogurt

1/4 cup
low-fat milk, or soy milk
- Add all the ingredients to a blender or small food processor and mix until well blended. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
