    Blueberry Blast Smoothie


    • 1/2 cup light vanilla ice cream
    • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    • 3 ounces raspberry or blueberry low-fat yogurt
    • 1/4 cup low-fat milk, or soy milk


    Step 1
    Add all the ingredients to a blender or small food processor and mix until well blended. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
