  • 1 large
    cantaloupe, balled
  • 1/2 large
    watermelon, balled
  • 1/2 cup
    golden raisins
  • 1 large
    tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup
    cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons
    white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon
    agave nectar
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; gently toss to combine.
  2. Store in the fridge until ready to serve. Transfer to serving bowls.
  3. Serve chilled with gluten-free crackers, kale and Swiss chard leaves. Enjoy!
