Ingredients
  • 2 cups
    mangoes, peeled, pitted and chopped
  • blackberries
  • 10 
    blueberries
  • strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup
    cantaloupe, cubed
  • 1/4 cup
    cashews, ground
  • 1 cup
    figs, chopped
  • 1/3 cup
    white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup
    sugar
  • 1/3 cup
    dried cherries
  • 1 teaspoon
    fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons
    honey
  • 2 tablespoons
    fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon
    spicy mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon
    ground cumin
  • 1/6 teaspoon
    allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon
    sea salt
  • 1/6 teaspoon
    freshly ground white pepper
  • red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • scallions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup
    fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
  1. In a large Dutch oven, combine all ingredients. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
  2. Transfer to serving glasses. Enjoy!
