Ingredients

  • 3 medium
    tomatoes, peeled, chopped
  • 1/2 cup
    cucumber, seeded
  • 2 cups
    low-sodium: vegetable juice, chopped
  • 1/2 cup
    green pepper, chopped
  • green onions, sliced cocktail
  • 1 tablespoon
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon
    basil, dried
  • 1/4 teaspoon
    hot pepper sauce
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
Instructions
  1. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for several hours.
