    Ingredients

    • 3 medium tomatoes, peeled, chopped
    • 1/2 cup cucumber, seeded, chopped
    • 2 cups low-sodium vegetable juice cocktail
    • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
    • 2 green onions, sliced
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • 1/2 teaspoon basil, dried
    • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
    • 1 clove garlic, minced

    Instructions

    Step 1
    In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Step 2
    Cover and chill in the refrigerator for several hours.
