  • ripe avocados from Mexico, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 4 cloves
    garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons
    fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon
    fresh lime zest
  • 1/2 cup
    cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup
    fresh baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup
    red onion, chopped
  • 1 large
    ruby red grapefruit, peeled
  • 1/4 teaspoon
    sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon
    freshly ground white pepper
  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients. Process until smooth.
  2. Transfer to serving bowl; serve chilled or room temperature as a dip with gluten-free crackers and crudités or a spread on sandwiches, pitas, bagels and salads.
