  • large sweet potatoes cut into wedges
  • 3 cloves
  • 3 tablespoons
    coarsely chopped pumpkin seeds
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons
    fresh oregano, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons
    canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon
    fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup
    greek yogurt
    salt to taste
    drizzle of honey
  1. Heat an outdoor grill to medium. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl except sweet potatoes, yogurt, and honey. Coat the potato wedges in the mixture and grill for about 5 minutes per side, testing them for doneness and being careful not to let them burn.
  2. Serve with yogurt drizzled with honey as a dipping sauce.
