Ingredients
  • 2 cups
    cooked organic brown rice
  • 1/2 cup
    sundried tomato tapenade (from leftover tapas night)
  • 1 cup
    marinated artichokes
  • 1/2 cup
    sliced green onions
Instructions
  1. Toss and mix together.
  2. Serve over greens, green peppers, cucumbers and sprinkle with feta cheese.
