  • 3 tablespoons
    olive oil
  • 8 ounces
    crimini mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 ounces
    white mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves
    garlic, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon
    thyme, minced
  • 1 tablespoon
    half and half
  • 1 teaspoon
    truffle oil
  • shallot, roughly chopped
    salt and pepper
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in large pan. Add mushrooms, shallot, garlic and thyme. Sauté over medium heat for about 4-6 minutes, until mushrooms are cooked through.
  2. Add mushroom mixture, half and half, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon truffle oil to food processor. Process until mixture is smooth, about 2 minutes. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
  3. Serve with crostini, crackers and veggies.
