  • dates (I used dried dates, soaked for a few hours)
  • 1/2 cup
    raw agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon
    lime zest
  • 2 teaspoon
    lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon
    dulse (I skipped this, since I didn't have it)
    sea salt, to taste
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender or small food processor until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Put into plastic zip-lock bag or gel flask.
