Think super foods are the new fountain of youth? Not exactly, says WebMD guest expert Henry S. Lodge, MD. They won't actually stop aging, but of course some foods have more nutrients that are good for your health.
All fruits and vegetables are super foods. Try having as many different colors on your plate as possible so you're getting a rainbow of nutrients. Several WebMD Community members agreed. One member said she's a big fan of fruits and vegetables, both raw and cooked. Another said super foods give him a lot of energy and make him feel good.
