Crisis Assistance Resources

IF YOU NEED IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE, DIAL 911

Here is a list of crisis resources, helplines, and websites that could help if you or someone you know may be in trouble. If you need immediate help and can't speak to a family member, medical professional, or religious or spiritual advisor, contact one of the emergency hotlines on this list or dial 911 right away.

In some U.S. cities, you can call 311 instead of 911 to report community concerns involving mental health or substance abuse that don't require police action. For referrals to local services ranging from food assistance to help paying medical bills, call 211.
