Knee extension exercise

Sit in a chair with your foot resting on a stool across from you and your knee slightly raised. Gently push the raised knee toward the floor using only your leg muscles. Hold the stretch for 5 to 10 seconds, then rest a minute. Repeat 10 times with each knee. Do this exercise every day, up to 3 times a day.
