Lori Solomon is WebMD's Atlanta regional staff reporter, writing about health and medical news throughout the metro area.
Before joining the staff, Lori worked for a number of Internet and print publications, including The Health Network, Medical Tribune News Service, The New York Times, and the Sarasota Herald-Tribune. She also was a researcher for a book by best-selling author Rick Bragg of the New York Times.
Lori has a master's degree in public health, specializing in health policy, from Emory University in Atlanta. She received her undergraduate degree in biology from the same university, graduating with honors.
