Treatment of recurrentmelanoma may include the following:
Surgery to remove the tumor.
Hyperthermicisolated limb perfusion.
Radiation therapy as palliative therapy to relieve symptoms and improve quality of life.
Palliative treatment with biologic therapy.
A clinical trial of biologic therapy and/or chemotherapy as palliative therapy to relieve symptoms and improve quality of life.
