Over the past 15 years, Mike Fillon has written over 500 articles on a broad variety of medical, technology and science subjects for Popular Mechanics. Recent, he wrote four cover stories -- including one for the top-selling issue in the magazine's 90-year history.

Fillon has also written for Health Week, Information Week, NCN News, Science Digest, Software Magazine, and 20 other national publications. His feature story "In Search of a Cure," a profile of the pharmaceutical industry, appeared in S&FFA.
Fillon has also written two books: a young adult sports biography on Venus and Serena Williams, published by Avisson Press, and a men's health book by Prentice Hall entitled "Natural Prostate Healers." He has also co-written a health book for Reader's Digest due out by the end of 2000.
Fillon has been a guest on the "Weekend Today" TV show and been interviewed on radio programs in St. Louis and Philadelphia. He's a member of the American Medical Writers Association. He holds a BS from Miami University and an MS from the State University of New York Maritime College.
