Do you have vaginal bleeding or are passing tissue?

Do you have belly, pelvic, or back (flank) pain?

Do you have pain when you breathe or pain deep in your leg or calf?

Do you have breast problems?

Are you having problems breast-feeding?

Do you have a fever?

Do you have ongoing symptoms of postpartum depression?

Do you have any urinary problems?

Do you have a change in your bowel habits?

Do you have abnormal vaginal discharge?
