I don't feel like moving. I hurt. Why do I have to move to manage my RA?
It's a real challenge because, it, it, for most people, it doesn't make sense. If I don't move my joint, it hurts less. And yes, when you first start moving, it is going to hurt more. But what I can tell you is if you push through that, we have clear evidence from Arthritis Foundation programs that exercise and pushing through that initial pain is just as effective as taking medications to relieve your pain and swelling. So exercise is, is, is an extremely important part and complements the drug therapies that we've talked about.
