What Is the NuvaRing?

The NuvaRing is a birth control option for women. It’s a small, flexible contraceptive ring, about the size of a silver dollar.

How Does It Work?

The woman removes the ring for 1 week when she'll have her period.

How Effective Is the NuvaRing?

Are There Side Effects?

Who Should Not Use the NuvaRing?

Women who have migraines should talk with their doctor.

Does the NuvaRing Protect Against Sexually Transmitted Diseases?
