Erythema toxicum neonatorum. This is a common condition in healthy newborns that many refer to as baby acne. It can occur in newborns and babies who are just a few months old. It can appear as a mild rash or actual acne with pustules. ETN generally clears up without treatment, just make sure to keep the area cleansed with warm water and baby soap.
