Rosacea - Prevention

The cause of rosacea is unknown, and there is no way to prevent it.

But there are steps that you can take to prevent flare-ups of rosacea, and this can help stop the condition from getting worse. Some triggers include sun and wind, hot and cold temperatures, stress, spicy foods, skin care products, and exercise.
