    I work 3rd shift after using Ambian , melatonin, and all other over the counter sleep aids. I have gone from sleeping 2-4 hours at a time to sleeping 6-7 straight hours.then up for 2-3 hours then back to sleep for 4 more this is amazing. I also feel less angsiety, which I'm also on perscriptions for. I read the reviews from other pages and thought wow why havent I heard of this before. I pla ... Show Full Comment

    I have severe anxiety with insomnia and panic attacks and this herb helps me sleep although I am a little drowsy the next day sometimes. It works better than Ativan when I'm really anxious. Highly recommend it for anyone with anxiety or sleep problems. It makes me feel so much better!!!
