I now have been having more and more "good" days when I used to have none. But don't tell your doctor or the drug companies because they will not make as much money. Worse yet, they will argue with you and give you a prescription which we all know just masks arthritis.

My right knee was swollen and painful. My left knee was swollen but only hurt intermittently...I took the Cod Liver oil-1 tbs at night and woke up pain free for the first time in two weeks or so...It works!

I have had arthritis for a couple of years now and i have been taking cod liver oil in winter and omega 3 in summer and if i run out and don't take any for a couple of weeks the pain in my knees gets quite bad. It doesn't go altogether but taking this summplement does reduce the pain and other problems with arthritis.
