It was AWFUL!!!! It made me physically ill. I had a terrible headache that lasted two days, horrible intestinal gas that was almost constant and it lasted four days, I had excruciating pain across the middle area of my back caused by the constant production of the excessive gas, I had an overly bloated stomach and gut from the excessive gas, I was unable to go out in public because of the " ... I took 3 tspns daily for loose bowel movements and it added bulk to my stools which were for the first time in years normal.

Using this treatment for constipation, I found a drinkable yogurt by Glen oaks. This yogurt has inulin in it and it taste good.

I have accidental ingested this substance 4 times now and had 4 anaphalactic reactions to it. It should be listed right up there with other allergans on all labels
