I have SEVERE panic and anxiety issues. I took this years ago and although I thought it worked mildly, i KNEW how much difference it made when i STOPPED. I just reordered it and expect to get relief. There is NO better natural solution than this product. I recommend it for anyone dealing with anxiety. Even a psychiatrist agreed with this course! No side effects whatsoever.

I'm using L-Theanine to help with Xanax withdrawal symptoms. Over the past 7 months I have reduced my Xanax use by 40% with minimal withdrawal symptoms.
