I discovered L-Theanine a few years ago and it hs been a life changer and saver in regards to anxiety and PMS. I have used dosages from 100mg to 600mg. I buy both 100MG and 200mg bottles. Source naturals is one of my favorites! All brands are not equal nso if you are using a brand with no effect either up your dosage or try another brand. I have been taking L theanine for a year now, i am a more pleasant person and happier person. I do take it almost every day. I feel calmer at work under stress as well. I have not had side effects at all. I started out taking 1 pill, i am taking 2 now.

I get L-Theanine from Liftmode. It really helps with stress and mental awareness.

I thought the first few times I took this product I felt calmer, now I am not so sure
