A month into taking this supplement ,and I'm really very pleased with the outcome. Had developed an unhealthy dependance on Benzos and weaning myself off them has made me miserable and anxious. L Theanine seems to be able to compensate for the removal of these drugs but without the side effects I would associate with them like memory loss and grogginess.

Took just one capsule.Theanine made me sleepy (which was good) but when I awoke, I had a 'monster' headache and an upset stomach. Won't be taking again. I'd rather use Kava and GABA. Do the research.

I've been taking this for about 3-4 weeks, and I don't think it's built up in my system that much but it totally does keep me relaxed throughout my school day. It doesn't stop panic attacks, but it does help relieve anxiety in a sense.
