For those time when anxiety gets the best of me, a 200mg cap of theanine helps to calm without causing drowsiness. It also helps lower my blood pressure.

Works great for me. Gets me in the focus zone. Whether its placebo effect or not it works for me.

I discovered L-Theanine a few years ago and it hs been a life changer and saver in regards to anxiety and PMS. I have used dosages from 100mg to 600mg. I buy both 100MG and 200mg bottles. Source naturals is one of my favorites! All brands are not equal nso if you are using a brand with no effect either up your dosage or try another brand.
