My god WedMD... where do you get this stuff? I've made Kefir in the Republic of Moldova. Its just unfermented milk with kefir grains added. Its a incredibly simple process- thus why its been done for hundreds of years! That said, wonderful for digestion and especially those trying to repair their stomach lining. Its not a drug nor is it made in a lab, this is whats in it: Micro-organism ... Show Full Comment

I tried for the first time a little nibble on water kefir and later on the evening, for the first time in my life I've developed a rash down my nack behind my head and ears. I don't know if it has anything to do with the Kefir. Infact I didn't even think about it until today. It's still there, and spreading. I never have ra ... Show Full Comment

I've lost weight, my cholesterol is the best it has ever been. My blood sugars are lower. I feel lighter on my feet. My digestion is very good. My sense of well being and moods are much improved and ... Show Full Comment

I recently started using KeFir in smoothies daily just for general Health. I don't have any thing medical wrong with me just getting older and would like to stay in good health. I notice it does make my bowels move daily and no constipation. I am learning to drink more water that was something I would never do. I use to be a soda drinker only. So far I enjoy It.
