    I have taken so many different drugs in over twenty years & I have found this one most effective so far in controlling my mania & agitated moods. Yes in the beginning or when I change dosage I hate the tremors. They are aggravating & frustrating but they do eventually go away. And yes, the weight gain totally stinks. I hate it.     A little dizzy at first (when I started taking it) but am anxious to level out. I have shied away from using Lithium due to the stigma's attached. I'm setting those aside in the name of a healthier life.
