I have taken so many different drugs in over twenty years & I have found this one most effective so far in controlling my mania & agitated moods. A little dizzy at first (when I started taking it) but am anxious to level out. I have shied away from using Lithium due to the stigma's attached. I'm setting those aside in the name of a healthier life.

Lithium works great for the mania. Been on lithium for 30+ yrs. DRY MOUTH CAUSES MANY CAVITIES. I am losing my teeth now. Drink constantly so I have to urinate frequently. Have dry thinning hair. Have been overweight for 30+ years but I'm not sure if that is due to the respirdal I also take.
