i was really sick. almost fell out on the floor at doctor's office. got blood tests. don't have diabetes II, have the symptons (different than actual diabetes II) prescribed metformin 55 mg. caused tremendous vomiting. taking salacia oblonga 20:1 500 mg 2-3 times daily before meals. works great. lots of gas. off blood pressure meds. and off metforim.

gave hangover feeling, headache, unwellness. it did lower my blood sugar significantly taken before meal.

After a bit of research and the "claims" with its use, the decision was made to try it. so far (1 week) i have been extremely pleased with the results (with the exception of course, about all the gas that it produces... but that is something that i can handle! It is reasonably priced for the use that i use it for and thus well within the reach of any one (financially).
