I purchase phenibut in order to combat the severe anxiety and sleep issues I am dealing with. I made the mistake of using 5 grams of the powder which put me into a long 2 day sleep. I found that taking a dosage of approximately 500mg once or twice a day is perfect for me. Also, it comes on strong, and may feel a bit weird but after a week the sedation goes away and it becomes kind of stimulating a ... Show Full Comment

The crystals don't form clumps or stick together at all but i think that is due to the professional packaging that doesn't allow moisture in. They guarantee 99% purity, and included is the certificate of analysis of the individual Phenibut batch, and a ... Show Full Comment

Web MD is not correct been used for years in Russia unless web MD does not consider Russians people? Does not leave fogy headed or cause black outs like xanax or other benzodiazepines.Sounds like the review with the xanax user was withdrawing from xanax from the symptoms she was blaming on phenibut. phenibut if used in recommend doses has no side .

Comment:
I've used Noofen/Phenibut on a handful of occasions, and found it worked great at decreasing my anxiety. It also helped me get to sleep. The only issues with the drug is that it's only sold at a handful of herb shops. So, it's unclear as to the purity of the product you're buying. However, if you make sure you learn as much about Noofen as you can you will likely have better succes ... Show Full Comment
