    I purchased a bottle of 70 300mg capsules of Phenibut from Liftmose.com. Since I have never taking this product I did as much research on it as I could. I am currently taking prescription meds for Anxiety and Panic and I first had to find out if they would counteract each other.     I had no idea that phenibut would ‘cure’ my depression. I started using phenibut for social anxiety. It’s worked great for that; I use a daily dosing regimen. But…a totally unexpected benefit has arisen: phenibut is the most effective antidepressant that I’ve ever come across. I didn’t expect this benefit.     What to expect the first time you take it. Assuming it affects you just like it did me. I took 1000 mg. on an empty stomach. + The first hour - Really nothing, save for a very vague lightheadedness. + 1.5 hours - Noticeably relaxed muscles with slight ataxia and a mild sedation.
