I have found Phenibut to be extremely helpful for combating anxiety without the usual “fogginess” associated with traditional “tranquilizing” supplements and medications. Instead of this, I actually notice it helps me concentrate. I had been looking for a legal supplement to help with my social anxiety problems that I've had the past few years. I ordered phenibut from Liftmode and it has been great. I only use it when I know I'll be in an enviorment that I'll be having anxiety issues, such as having to give a speech or a large work related gathering. It definitely helps me in these situations. I've using liftmode phenibut for anxiety disorder. It really helps with social anxiety. I've had social anxiety my whole life. Phenibut is the only thing that helps.

I purchased this because my insomnia has gotten horrible and i heard it was good for sleep. First time I took too much and slept most of the next day. I am a chronic alcoholic sober 4.5 years and I have to say some of the side effects are similar to my end of the line alcoholism. Totally overslept an alarm (2hours) yesterday.
