    PLEASE READ it will make you feel amazing at first but the withdrawal and ability to get off of it is excruciating. PLEASE avoid for your own sake; try L-tyroside and 5-HTP instead for focus or depression

    READ BEFORE BUYING !!!I cannot say how it will affect you if you take this stuff, I can only comment on how it affected me. Don't be fooled, that small scoop is in there for a reason. Start with a half dose or smaller. Taken for a long period of time this stuff could make xanax look like children's aspirin. There ARE side effects.     for me low doses were not very effective for social anxiety disorder. High doses are highly addictive and probably dangerous to withdraw from (similar to benzodiapine withdrawl which is agreed to be among the most danerous (more so than heroin).
